The Handcrafting Process

How Each Necklace Comes to Life

1

Travel & Collection

Every piece begins with Dyan's travels. She spends months wandering through bazaars, antique shops, and artisan workshops across Asia and Africa, selecting materials that speak to her. Each item must pass her discerning eye — for quality, beauty, and the story it tells.

2

Curation & Vision

Back in the studio, Rosenberg lays out her materials and begins to envision compositions. As a painter and sculptor, she thinks in terms of color, texture, weight, and visual rhythm. She considers how elements will hang, how they will catch light, how they will feel against the skin.

3

Handcrafting

No machinery, no shortcuts. Each necklace is assembled entirely by hand — beads threaded, pendants hung, knots tied and retied until the composition is just right. Rosenberg works with the precision of a sculptor and the intuition of a painter.

4

Quality & Completion

Every finished piece is inspected and tested for durability. Rosenberg wears it herself, moves with it, ensures every element is secure. Only then is it photographed and added to the collection — ready to find its one true owner.
